Essential Criteria:
- The Team Member of the Month is a person who has shown consistent, outstanding performance and goes above and beyond the requirements of the job
- Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities
- Consistently friendly and available to others
- Voluntarily assists co-worker in order to complete important department projects
- Has a team player attitude
- High overall quality of performance
- Our Team Member of the month is someone who personifies the achievements and mission of AccessAbility, Inc.
