AccessAbility offers production services to the business community that provide paid work and on-the-job training opportunities for program participants. Additionally, we offer paid work opportunities in our in-house programs, which include our own gifts manufacturing business, onsite production jobs, screen printing and print production services.
Program participants have the opportunity to earn income through work in assembly, packaging, fulfillment, and mailing services. Programming and training services center around learning appropriate vocational skills which include acceptance of supervision, staying on task, punctuality, interpersonal skills, and adherence to safety rules.
Community employment opportunities are provided through community based work crews throughout the Twin Cities metro area. Crew members are provided ongoing training and support services by an on-site supervisor.
