Programs & Services

The diverse needs of people with barriers to employment and community inclusion are served through three main programs at AccessAbility, Inc.: Day Training and Habilitation, Project Connect, and Extended Employment.

Day Training and Habilitation Program

Program Goal: To provide access to work and the community for people with developmental disabilities so that they may have the same choice in vocational, social and recreational opportunities as the general population.

Project Connect
Career and Educational Pathways

Program goal: To provide training and the opportunity to secure and maintain competitive employment in the community.  These transitional employment programs serve a diverse community of people including communities of color, minority ethnic communities, those with little or no significant work history and all people with multiple economic, social and academic barriers to employment.

Extended Employment Program

Program Goal: To increase vocational potential, personal adjustment, stress management and financial independence through the provision of work opportunities, training and counseling for people with mental health and/or physical disabilities.
