Extended Employment

The Extended Employment program provides supported and center-based employment to people with severe mental health and/or physical disabilities and other economic, academic and social barriers to employment.  Long-term training and support is provided while working at individual work sites in the community, in work teams supervised by AccessAbility, Inc. staff, and in our on-site production facility.

Vocational evaluations are provided through the Work Experience and Work Adjustment service options.  Job development, job coaching and follow-up services are also provided. Case managers provide follow-up and assistance to participants for as long as necessary. The intensity and frequency of support changes according to the specific needs of each participant.  View our Program brochures here.
